Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. in Houston seeks an experienced E&C Project Manager to lead technically complex oil & gas projects. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and optimize design and construction across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in oil & gas engineering/PM; PMP and PE are preferred. Travel up to 50% may be involved; strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in oil & gas engineering or PM
• PMI PMP and PE preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; data-driven reporting
• Experience in pipeline and facility design, engineering and construction
• Knowledge of regulatory permitting practices

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technically complex projects
• Coordinate resources using a structured Project Life Cycle
• Develop reports, cost forecasts, and schedules for stakeholders
• Prepare and review RFPs and contractor evaluations
• Identify risks early; apply root-cause analysis
• Design solutions maximizing value across lifecycle
• Lead project teams and contractors ensuring quality and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
