Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a senior observability leader to serve as technical lead for our Dynatrace practice. This individual will guide delivery quality across the practice, mentor recently certified consultants, and lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements. The role is positioned to grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group.

Actual salary will be based on location, experience, and business needs. The role may include variable incentives beyond base salary.

Qualifications

• Dynatrace in production enterprise environments (3+ years).
• Knowledge of the Dynatrace SaaS platform and components (Grail, DQL, OpenPipeline, Workflows, AppEngine, Notebooks, Davis AI).
• Experience guiding migrations from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS.
• Proven ability to set standards, review delivery, and mentor junior consultants.
• 10+ years in observability across APM, infra, logs, DEM, and AIOps with vendor-neutral view.
• Track record delivering strategy engagements and executive-quality deliverables.
• Comfort presenting findings to senior technical and business stakeholders.
