Ladders is seeking a Senior Architect for Dynatrace/Observability to shape strategy and deliver high‑quality engagements for enterprise clients. The role is remote in the United States and focuses on APM, infrastructure monitoring, and AIOps, with mentoring responsibilities to develop the observability practice.

The candidate will define standards, guide delivery, and present executive‑level findings to stakeholders, while contributing to the growth of the observability services group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with an enterprise observability platform.
• Knowledge of Grail and DQL SaaS features.
• Experience migrating customers from on‑prem to SaaS.
• 10+ years in observability (APM, infra monitoring, AIOps).
• Proven success delivering observability strategy engagements.

Responsibilities

• Guide delivery quality across the observability practice.
• Mentor junior consultants to develop skills.
• Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.
• Shape direction of observability services and methodologies.
• Develop and review technical standards for delivery work.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive growth of the observability services group.
