Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a senior observability leader to serve as technical lead for our Dynatrace practice. This individual will guide delivery quality across the practice, mentor recently certified consultants, and lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.

The role is positioned to grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group within a dynamic IT consultancy. The candidate will bring 10+ years of observability experience and proven client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in observability across APM, infra monitoring, log analytics, D/E Ops, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience delivering strategy engagements with maturity assessments, roadmaps, and vendor-neutral product selection.
• Track record producing executive-quality deliverables such as assessment reports and architecture recommendations.
• Comfort presenting findings to senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for Dynatrace practice and guide delivery quality.
• Mentor recently certified consultants and develop junior practitioners into independent experts.
• Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.
• Grow into leadership of the broader Observability Services group.
