Job summary

CTG is seeking a Senior Dynatrace Observability Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise observability with Dynatrace components across Windows, Linux, cloud environments, and SaaS integrations.

You will develop dashboards, alerts, and AI-driven analytics to support SLI/SLO alignment, collaborating with application, infra, and security teams while guiding knowledge transfer and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise monitoring or observability engineering.
• 3+ years deploying and administering Dynatrace in enterprise environments.
• Experience with end-to-end monitoring, tracing dependencies and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise observability with Dynatrace components.
• Implement end-to-end APM, tracing, and infrastructure monitoring across apps, DBs, APIs.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports aligned with SLIs/SLOs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements and improve coverage.
