Job summary
REW Technology Inc. is seeking a Lead Dynatrace Engineer to drive delivery and technical excellence on a flagship enterprise engagement with a major US academic medical center.
The role focuses on Dynatrace observability across on-prem and cloud, including ITSM integration, dashboards, and IOC enablement. You will lead implementation, perform architecture reviews, and enable the client’s operations teams to operate the platform independently, delivering measurable outcomes like MTTR reduction
Qualifications
- Dynatrace Certified Professional on implementation track.
- 2+ years hands-on production Dynatrace implementation.
- Experience with large estates and measurable outcomes (MTTR, cost optimization).
- Strong English communication, written and spoken.
- Experience leading client technical sessions and enablement programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead Dynatrace implementation and optimization across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Design and consolidate monitoring dashboards (Dynatrace native and Grafana) and build alert models with ServiceNow integration.
- Own delivery quality across a phased program and facilitate architecture reviews and roadmaps.
- Run technical sessions with client teams and contribute to proposals and roadmaps.
- Deliver knowledge transfer materials and onboarding sessions for client operations.
