• Lead end-to-end dynamics test programs and mentor staff.
• Model test setups and review fixture designs using SolidWorks.
• Oversee pressurization test setups and interpret P&IDs for dynamic testing.
• Manage instrumentation, data acquisition, and secure document control systems.
• Improve data handoffs and target 10-day report turnaround post-testing.
• Lead CapEx planning and lab optimization projects.
