Job summary

Jobtailor in Connecticut seeks a senior Dynamics CRM developer to design, build, and implement CRM solutions, integrating with Azure APIs and other systems. You will update Dataverse models, ensure data integrity, and manage CRM data as a trusted advisor to business partners.

You will collaborate with analysts, PMs, and stakeholders, address security threats, and create comprehensive technical documentation, while training end-users on new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• 5+ years of experience with APIM, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Web API, REST, and SOAP services.
• 3+ years of experience in writing Plugin code, Github, Javascript, .Net, API Integrations.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Build and maintain web applications, Azure functions, APIs, and other code applications
• Update Dataverse data models to support new development
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems
• Manage CRM data
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders
• Identify and address security threats
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Conduct training sessions for end-users
