Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CE CRM specialist to design and implement complex enterprise solutions. You will tailor modules across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field with Power Platform, Dataverse, and custom APIs.

The role requires hands-on .NET/SQL experience, REST API integrations, and a focus on scalable architecture and DevOps practices. Collaboration with analysts and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years in Dynamics 365 CE CRM with Power Platform CoE experience.
• Must have Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience and related Dynamics 365 products.
• Experience configuring Power Platform, Power Pages, and SOA-based designs.
• Strong middleware, API, REST/Web API integration knowledge.
• Hands-on .NET, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements across modules.
• Develop Plug-ins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs, JavaScript, and Web Resources using C#/.NET.
• Build Model‑Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Custom Pages on Power Platform.
• Create reusable Power Automate flows for cross‑system automation and approvals.
• Implement PCF controls and integrate with external systems via REST APIs and Azure services.
• Configure Omnichannel for Customer Service and unify routing; integrate Genesys Cloud as needed.
• Lead integration architecture and data migrations; map integration patterns to usage.
• Mentor developers; participate in Agile ceremonies and produce design docs.
• Prepare deployment guides, technical docs, and support materials for ongoing maintenance.
