Job summary

Fluke is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 expert to design and implement CRM and Power Pages for Commercial and Marketing. Based in Everett, WA, you will own solution design, data and security models, and drive offshore delivery while liaising with business stakeholders on requirements.

You’ll build complex components (plugins, APIs, PCF controls, Web API integrations) and champion platform adoption across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform development.
• Expert-level Dynamics 365 development skills, including plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript form scripting, and the Dataverse Web API.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, including their data models, configuration, and extensibility.
• Strong command of the Dataverse security model, Dynamics 365 solution management and ALM, and diagnosing complex performance and production issues.

Responsibilities

• Design Dynamics 365 technical solutions for CRM and Power Pages.
• Own solution design, data models, security models, and development standards for the offshore team.
• Build plugins, APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript forms, and Web API integrations (Eloqua, Oracle).
• Plan and manage ALM, environment strategy, and automated deployments.
• Lead offshore delivery, sprint planning, reviews, and cross-time-zone handoffs.
