Job summary

HyerTek, Inc., a federal technology consulting firm, seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to configure, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Field Service, and Power Platform for federal customers.

You will own solutions end-to-end from requirements to production support, designing shared Dataverse models and building model-driven apps, PCF controls, and secure Power Pages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in production
• Experience deploying Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service
• Strong skills in Power Pages, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
• Proficiency with PCF controls using TypeScript, React, and PCF SDK
• C#/.NET proficiency including Dataverse plug-ins and integration services
• JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for extensions
• Experience designing Dataverse tables, security, and relationships
• Secure Power Pages with authentication and data permissions
• Power Automate flows for approvals and data sync with error handling
• Experience REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, and Entra ID
• Git/Azure DevOps or GitHub for lifecycle management
• Ability to validate AI-generated code and documentation
• Strong communication and independent work capability
• Active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CS and Field Service
• Configure CS capabilities including case mgmt, queues, routing, SLAs, and knowledge mgmt
• Configure Field Service: work orders, assets, scheduling
• Develop model-driven apps and secure Power Pages
• Build PCF controls for asset views and scheduling
• Create Power Automate flows for ITSM, asset, workforce, and event management
• Design a shared Dataverse data model linking personnel, assets, locations, requests, and events
• Develop C#/.NET plug-ins and integration components
• Integrate with REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, connectors, and Entra ID
• Support Power BI dashboards and analytics
• Ensure security, accessibility, logging, and performance
• Manage lifecycle with Git/Azure DevOps or GitHub and deployment pipelines
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Produce technical docs and handoff materials
