Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This senior, client‑facing role sits at the nexus of technology, consulting, delivery, and sales.

You will partner with clients to translate business needs into practical architectures, guide delivery strategies, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and SOWs. Mentorship and governance are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise solution design/implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, Dataverse, security, and integrations.
• Strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, SQL, and Azure services.
• Experience with pre‑sales, solutioning, proposals, and SOW development.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical teams and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure solutions.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
• Provide technical direction through discovery, architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Advise on configuration vs customization, integrations, data architecture, security, and governance.
• Design solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Establish standards, patterns, and best practices for Dynamics 365 development.
• Mentor consultants and developers; contribute to proofs of concept as needed.
• Support pre‑sales, discovery, proposals, and SOWs; develop roadmaps and estimates.
• Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
