Job summary

Sprezzatura is hiring a Senior Developer – Dynamics 365 in a hybrid role with Arlington, VA. You will design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, build powerful integrations with Azure, and deliver secure, scalable capabilities for a government modernization program.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement ALM best practices, and mentor junior developers while ensuring compliant, high-quality software delivery. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Qualifications

• Clearance (Public Trust)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/IT/Engineering
• 8+ years of Dynamics 365 development experience with Power Pages front end
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET plugin development and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service architecture and Dataverse
• Experience with ALM concepts and Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Ability to analyze logs and telemetry for root-cause actions
• Experience in regulated or federal environments and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 customizations and extensions
• Build and enhance customer service capabilities including case management and workflows
• Develop Dataverse components including tables and security roles
• Create integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure services
• Translate requirements into technical designs and estimates
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards with secure practices
• Troubleshoot production issues using D365/Power Platform tools
• Support release and deployment activities with Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to deliver cross-system capabilities
• Mentor junior developers and improve ALM processes
