Job summary

VDOT is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong Power Platform skills. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, customization, configuration, and deployment, plus development with .NET, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform tools.

The candidate will design, implement, and support solutions, document best practices, and serve as liaison between IT and business units. Willingness to work from home and after-hours support is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, deployment, and usage.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in .NET development (C#, SQL, Azure).
• Ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design, and implement Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the CS module.
• Customize, configure, develop, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Design and build web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and Power Platform plus C#.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and document solutions for IT teams.
• Adhere to governance and best practices for the platform.
