Job summary

HSO International is seeking an experienced CRM Architect to lead architecture design and discovery for global Dynamics 365 CRM programs. You will drive technology choices, define designs, and guide business transformation across international projects.

The role requires 8+ years in CRM, deep Microsoft D365 expertise, and strong requirements analysis and architectural skills. Travel for international projects is expected, and pre-sales and mentoring capabilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CRM experience, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Expertise in the Microsoft D365 ecosystem and solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or Information Science
• At least 8 years of CRM experience, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions
• Experience as an architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations
• Expertise in the Microsoft D365 ecosystem and suite of solutions
• Proficiency in Business Requirement Analysis and Architecture Design
• Strong understanding of modern technology concepts and the Microsoft technology platform
• Fluent in English; additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus
• Willingness to travel for international projects
