Job summary

Syffer is a global consulting partner focusing on talent, tech and innovation. We seek a Dynamics 365 consultant who can analyze complex processes, translate requirements into scalable CE solutions, and implement Field Service and Project Operations.

You will work with stakeholders, architect integrations, and drive successful project delivery while traveling to the Netherlands for onsite meetings. You will join a team that values collaboration, client success, and continuous improvement, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional level.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations, and/or PSA.
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing consulting skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands for onsite customer meetings.

• Implement, configure, optimize, and support Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations environments.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with existing business systems and applications.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
• Resolve implementation challenges and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to deliver CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.
• Identify new technologies and innovation opportunities to improve customer environments.
• Facilitate customer workshops, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
• Drive long-term customer success, satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent professional and intellectual working level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations, and/or Project Service Automation (PSA).
• Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, implementation, and optimization.
• Comfortable working across both functional and technical project areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Senior-level consulting experience with the ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Netherlands for onsite customer meetings.
