Job summary

VetsEZ in the United States is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 100% remote role on a federal healthcare modernization project. You will design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) solutions, working with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to deliver scalable CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Dynamics 365 (Customer Service) experience, plus skills in JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements, including entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage the deployment of Dynamics 365 customizations and updates.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tuning for Dynamics 365 solutions while creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
