Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer in Austin, TX. The role focuses on developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions to support business operations and streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, and REST API integrations, along with CI/CD practices in an agile environment. This is a 10-month+ extension opportunity with multiple work arrangements (W-2, 1099, C2C).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with REST APIs, Web services, Dataverse, and data migration.
• Understanding of plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Familiar with CI/CD, agile practices, and source control.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This position focuses on developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business operations and improve enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, application integration, and business process automation.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 customization, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of FetchXML, Web API, SQL Server, and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Core Competencies:

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate are preferred.
