Artifintech in Austin, TX seeks a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, customize, and implement comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work across CRM modules, Power Platform, and integration with enterprise systems to optimize workflows.

The role requires strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, Dataverse, and REST/Web APIs, with a focus on scalable, secure configurations and CI/CD pipelines. A formal CS/IT degree and Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Customer Engagement.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 customization, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom actions.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of FetchXML, Web API, SQL Server, and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Role Overview:

This position focuses on developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business operations and improve enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, application integration, and business process automation.

Required Technical Skills:

Experience & Core Competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in software development or Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate are preferred.
