Job summary

IronArch Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Dynamics to support a VA program modernizing access to data and services via secure APIs. You will work on a small team owning production APIs end-to-end, writing production-grade Java in core services, reviewing code, and collaborating on solution design to ensure security and backward compatibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack focus.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and C#/.NET development.
• Experience with SQL Server for backend data management.
• Proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript for frontend integrations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and enterprise system integration.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments for hosting and deployment.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices (GitHub Actions).
• Direct VA project experience and prior federal IT security/compliance work.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM customizations (C#/.NET plugins, workflows).
• Work with SQL Server to support CRM backend data structures.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 Wave releases and apply updates.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and enforce secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with QA to expand automated testing for CRM integrations.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs connecting CRM with VA.gov and other systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and VA compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to align CRM solutions with program objectives.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
