Job summary

IronArch Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Dynamics to support VA programs, delivering secure, scalable APIs and CRM integrations. You will join a small team responsible for end-to-end API development, security, documentation, and ongoing maintenance, writing production-grade Java in core services and collaborating on solution design.

You will work on Dynamics 365 CRM customizations, RESTful API development, and cloud hosting in Azure, with a strong emphasis on secure coding,

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack focus
Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and C#/.NET
Experience with SQL Server for backend data
Proficiency with ReactJS and TypeScript for frontend
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and enterprise integration
Familiarity with Azure cloud hosting
Experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps (GitHub Actions)
Direct VA/federal IT project experience with security/compliance
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and iterative delivery

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM customizations (C#/.NET)
Work with SQL Server to support CRM functionality
Stay current with Dynamics 365 Wave releases and updates
Support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and secure coding
Collaborate with QA to expand automated CRM integration tests
Build and optimize RESTful APIs connecting CRM with VA.gov and other systems
Troubleshoot production issues ensuring reliability, security, and VA compliance
Engage stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies
