ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations in Cincinnati. You will translate business needs into functional BC specifications and collaborate with developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, hands-on SQL work, and supporting change management plus end-user training in a dynamic IT and Operations environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Experience with warehousing, distribution and manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation and testing.
• Ability to coordinate with developers, ISV partners and Microsoft resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 BC initiatives across warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for BC configuration or development.
• Coordinate with internal developers, ISV partners, and Microsoft resources on custom development, AL extensions, and third-party integrations.
• Perform hands-on data analysis and validation using SQL to support testing, migration, and troubleshooting.
• Support change management, end-user training, and provide day-to-day troubleshooting for BC-related processes and systems.
