Job summary

SOLUTION ONE INDUSTRIES is seeking a senior Sustainment SME to support ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The role focuses on doctrinal workshops, live-oversight of sustainment training, and scenario development for unit training at multiple sites.

Responsibilities include planning training events, drafting OPORDs, and coaching units during exercises to meet command objectives. Travel and security clearance are anticipated for this exempt salaried position.

Qualifications

• Senior Army/ARNG leadership experience with training management background.
• WFF at Battalion or higher experience preferred, with CTC exposure if possible.
• Knowledge of Army National Guard training support systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) through doctrinal workshops and on-site coaching.
• Develop and review sustainment concepts, orders, and training materials to drive exercise design.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct FTXs, CPXs, and MDMP workshops; provide AAR feedback.
