Job summary

Katmai Government Services seeks a Senior DoD training SME to support the Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The role involves doctrinal workshops, over‑the‑shoulder coaching, and event planning at unit-designated sites from battalion to division levels.

You will help design exercises, develop MSEL scripts, and produce OPORD annexes while mentoring Protection staff in risk assessment and mitigation strategies during live and virtual events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Senior Army or ARNG leadership experience with training management background; CT CTC experience preferred.
• Primary staff experience in WFF at Battalion or higher; 6+ years staff or 8+ years MCTSP experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver all sixteen Protection WFF tasks for Brigade to Division levels across live, V, constructive, and gaming training.
• Develop schemes of maneuver, OPORD elements, and Annexes (Protection/Engineer) for training support.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to enhance SME support and training; provide risk assessment inputs.
