Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a DTT Protection SME to support ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program. This exempt, full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and executing doctrinal protection training across Brigade to Division levels, including live and simulated exercises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working within WFF Army Command and Control Information Systems.
• 6+ years combined staff experience within the WFF; 8+ years specialized MCTSP experience.
• Senior Army or ARNG leadership experience with a training management background.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver all sixteen Protection WFF tasks for Brigade to Division levels during live, virtual, constructive, and gaming training.
• Proficient in current Army Protection doctrine and processes; identify new/ emerging Protection doctrine.
• Develop protection products and OPORD elements to support training and exercises.
