Facelove Cosmetics is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own senior and specialist search across growth and creative functions in the US market. You will map competitors, run outbound, and ensure pre-qualified candidates reach the CEO for final interviews.

You’ll work directly with the HR Manager in a founder-led process, delivering sharp candidate assessments and role definitions to accelerate hires in a fast-growing DTC brand.

Qualificações

• 5+ years recruiting experience with a track record placing senior growth and creative talent at DTC or performance-marketing-led companies.
• Agency, executive search, or embedded recruiting background strongly preferred with a target-orientated mindset.
• You have personally closed roles like Head of Paid Media, Growth Lead, or Creative Strategist.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end search for senior DTC roles across growth and creative functions in the US market.
• Build target lists by mapping competitor brands and their growth teams, then run outbound directly.
• Screen candidates against hard performance criteria including verified spend levels and platform depth.
• Run structured first-round interviews and deliver written candidate assessments for founder decisions.
• Advise on role definition and ensure a viable market is represented.
• Own US market compensation intelligence and provide cost ranges before offers.
• Coordinate scheduling across US and CET time zones.
• Draft offers and manage candidates through to signature.
• Keep the pipeline clean in GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Catch credibility problems before final round.
