Deckers Brands Goleta, CA (Remote) seeks a Senior Merchandise Planner for Teva DTC to drive financial plans and inventory strategies. You’ll partner with Merchants and Planning Operations to align product by market and sizing, and present plans in investment reviews.

We expect 4+ years in merchandise planning or related finance roles, strong forecasting, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle and Tableau. Collaboration, communication, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance in a retail environment.
• Forecasting experience required.
• Strong statistical analysis and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and systems savvy (Oracle and Tableau preferred).
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans at channel, class, and style level to maximize sales and profitability.
• Build weekly category sales and inventory plans that align with brand and channel goals.
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and oversee bottom‑up style-color level sales and buy plans, ensuring alignment with top‑down guidance.
• Partner with Merchants and Planning Operations to secure product by market and influence sizing.
• Lead in-season Open‑to‑Buy reforecasting and communicate inventories and actions.
