Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandise Planner for Teva DTC. This role focuses on driving financial plans, open-to-buy management, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize sales, profitability, and inventory turns.

You’ll partner with Merchants and Planning Operations to align product by market and influence sizing. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in merchandise planning, inventory management, or finance in retail, with strong forecasting and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Proven forecasting experience in retail.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans at channel, class, and style level to maximize sales and profitability.
• Build weekly category sales and inventory plans aligned with brand goals.
• Analyze historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead bottom-up style-color level sales and buy plans.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Planning Operations to secure product by market.
