Job summary

Upstate Caring Partners, Inc. is seeking a Senior DSP to oversee daily shift operations for a residence of 12 or fewer individuals. The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring IPP implementation, and coordinating scheduling and records under the Program Manager's supervision.

The position requires travel and NY driver’s license, with certifications in SCIP-R, CPR, and AMAP. You will contribute to a safe, healthy living environment and participate in agency activities as part of the treatment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AAS in Human Services preferred.
• Minimum one year of direct support experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Travel is required; valid New York State driver’s license essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations for a residence of 12 or fewer residents and coordinate staff scheduling.
• Mentor residence counselors; assist on-site orientation and training.
• Ensure implementation of IPP and documentation; monitor safety and well-being of residents.
• Maintain timely completion of all records and reports as directed by the Program Manager.
