Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who provide day-to-day care for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injuries. The role involves personal care, meal prep, transportation assistance, and helping participants engage with the community.

Awake hours pay between $21.50 and $25.50 per hour with a $1 differential for MAP-certified staff; asleep hours paid at $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D1 – and 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day care to program participants.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, oral care).
• Assist with household tasks: meal prep, shopping, and light housekeeping.
• Accompany participants to appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications or support self-administration per guidelines.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and daily routines as prescribed.
