Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for afternoon shifts, 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a two-week initial schedule and then three days per week. Positions available include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend roles, statewide across Massachusetts.

Pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour. We value dependability and a passion for helping adults with developmental disabilities; paid training offered; valid driver's license required; high school diploma or

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals and support positive relationships with people in their community.
