Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight in Paxton, MA. The DSP helps individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including ABI/TBI, and may assist with daily activities, personal care, and community participation.

Awake hours include a $20.50/hr rate with a $1.00 differential for MAP certification; asleep hours are $17.50/hr. The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to care plans, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or DM.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep and shopping.
• Accompany individuals to appointments when needed.
• Administer medications or support self-medication per residential guidelines.
