Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced signal-processing engineer to develop and optimize algorithms for FPGA- and ASIC-based systems. You will model, implement, and validate solutions using Simulink and related toolchains, while balancing performance, power, and size constraints.

You will collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to enable seamless integration, conduct system-level testing, and mentor junior engineers on projects across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Experience in signal processing, FPGA/ASIC development, or related area; familiarity with Simulink/MATLAB and HDL tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, model, implement, and optimize signal-processing algorithms for FPGA- and ASIC-based systems.
