Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our Gloucester Program in Swedesboro, NJ. This onsite role supports autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals, empowering them to achieve their goals in a structured day program.

Shifts are 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The current pay range is $23.12 to $23.47 per hour, with additional incentives available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in Bancroft.

Responsabilités

• Maintains all levels of supervision for assigned persons served per IPP and program descriptions.
• Complies with IPP, runs daily goals, and supports independence.
• Supervises daily living and work activities as applicable.
• Ensures program site operates to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Follows medical guidelines to administer medication as scheduled.
