Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Gloucester Program in Mullica Hill, NJ. This onsite role supports autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals, carrying out behavioral plans and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License in legal name and current address; one year driving experience.
• Minimum six months related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree/current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Support daily living and functional skills to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Complete paperwork and maintain regular communication with residents, families, and staff.
