Cambridge Consultants in Boston is seeking an experienced DSP engineer to design and implement advanced signal processing systems for wireless, sensors, audio, and imaging applications. You will participate in the full life cycle from PoC demonstrations to product-level implementation, and you should be based in Boston or the surrounding area.

You will contribute to multi-domain system design, mentor juniors, and engage with clients on technical scoping and feasibility discussions, while

Formación

• Demonstrable DSP experience delivering high-quality designs and implementations.
• MS/BS in a field related to digital signal processing or equivalent (EE/CS/physics).
• Experience with scripting tools such as MATLAB or Python.
• US National due to government-related work requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement algorithms for high-performance hardware from design through verification and optimisation.
• Deliver high-quality DSP designs and implementations with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to IP development to expand and promote group capabilities.
• Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning including proposals and estimates.
• Engage with clients on a technical level, including pre-contract scoping and exploring the art of the possible.
• Contribute to system design of products spanning multiple domains within multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Identify and raise technical risks early.
• Apply good testing practices: unit, system, and regression testing.
