Job summary

You will mentor teams and translate mission needs into engineering solutions with hands-on work in RF systems and algorithm design. This role requires 10+ years in related fields and a strong DSP/RF background; on-site work is required three days per week in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience or 8 years with a Master’s (or PhD with 5 years).
• Proven expertise in wireless communications and signal processing.
• Strong background across RF systems, DSP, and MIMO/beamforming.

Responsibilities

• Lead conception, analysis, development, and evaluation of wireless tech for demanding environments.
• End-to-end modeling and simulation of wireless systems and performance.
• Develop algorithms for detection, estimation, synchronization, and interference mitigation.
• Shape technical roadmaps and provide technical direction and peer reviews.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with government sponsors.
