Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Digital Signal Processing System Engineer to support programs delivering innovative, multidisciplinary technical solutions. You will participate in hands-on concept and prototype development, including software or firmware coding, test equipment operation, and system integration.

This onsite role requires 1-5 years of DSP experience and a DSP-focused Master’s thesis; you will design waveforms and algorithms, work with RF systems, and mentor teammates

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in RF/Communications Engineering or related field.
• Must be able to obtain US government security clearance.
• Onsite in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

• Design RF and Communications systems to solve challenging problems.
• Manage complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and maintain effective internal/external relationships.
• Lead requirements development and propose forward paths; adapt to changes.
• Perform analysis and modeling of RF/communications systems.
