Job summary

Actalent is seeking a DSP Engineer to support the development of advanced wireless and SATCOM systems, with hands-on design, implementation, and optimization of DSP algorithms in C/C++, Python, and CUDA. You will contribute to prototype hardware and software deployments, including SDR platforms, and collaborate across software, hardware, and systems teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience developing DSP software and communications systems.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python for real-time signal processing.
Experience with GNU Radio and X-MIDAS for waveform development.
CUDA experience for GPU-accelerated processing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement DSP algorithms using C/C++, Python, GNU Radio, X-MIDAS, and CUDA.
Prototype and refine waveforms for wireless and SATCOM systems.
Build, integrate, and test SDR-based signal processing solutions.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineers on architecture integration.
Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
Document designs, tests, and results; participate in design reviews.
