Job summary

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a Senior Staff DSP Engineer to lead and shape DSP solutions across space-grade programs. You will define architectures, drive algorithm implementation in FPGA/ASIC, and mentor DSP engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

You will apply expert DSP knowledge in RF, synchronization, high-speed ADC/DAC systems, and participate in design reviews, trade studies, and risk assessments to ensure mission-ready hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with extensive DSP experience.
• Experience in DSP architecture, development, integration, and verification.
• Leadership on complex DSP systems across programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance DSP solutions across multiple programs and initiatives.
• Provide strategic technical direction and lead resolution of complex engineering challenges.
• Mentor DSP engineers and establish consistent DSP practices across the organization.
• Communicate detailed technical risks and tradeoffs to leadership and customers.
• Oversee system architecture, requirements, design reviews, and verification.
