You will collaborate across RF, FPGA/embedded, and systems teams to deliver mission‑critical communications and signal processing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• 15+ years of DSP engineering experience with demonstrated delivery of RF communications signal processing solutions.
• Experience implementing DSP on embedded/real‑time systems and/or hardware‑accelerated platforms, including Xilinx UltraScale+, RFSoC, and Versal.
• Proven ability to develop innovative DSP approaches beyond standard methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize DSP algorithms for RF signals, including waveform processing.
• Lead algorithm development from concept to prototype to hardware implementation.
• Implement and validate DSP solutions on Xilinx RFSoC/UltraScale+/Versal with hardware acceleration.
• Collaborate with FPGA engineers to translate algorithms into hardware‑friendly designs.
• Work with embedded software to integrate real‑time DSP pipelines and data paths.
• Develop test and verification strategies using lab data and RF datasets.
• Provide technical leadership and document design choices and results.
