Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking aProject Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate with superintendents, vendors and estimating to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality across all phases of a project.

Qualifications

• Five years of construction trade experience.
• Strong multi-tasking and focus.
• Detail oriented with cost awareness.

• Proficiency with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the job site.
• Ensure work conforms to contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment.
• Foster growth mindset within the team.
• Prioritize safety, quality, schedule and customer service.
• Handle contract preparation, on-site coordination and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing to ensure material coordination and accuracy.
