Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead on-site drywall operations in Charlotte, NC. You will preplan, organize, and audit day-to-day field activities, coordinating with Superintendents and subcontractors to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and client communication, with responsibilities including timekeeping, reporting, and maintaining a productive, organized crew across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate with General Contractors and customers.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
• Proficient with timekeeping and paperwork.
• Safety conscious with quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations of workers and hours on-site.
• Manage workforce and subcontractors across projects; ensure coordination with supervisors.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and timely reporting of progress and issues.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service standards on all jobs.
• Communicate organized execution plans to the workforce.
