Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, vendors, and the purchasing team. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction while administering budgets and contracts.

You will oversee day-to-day field activities, ensure work aligns with contract documents, and drive cost control and on-time delivery. A strong leadership and growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of the job.
• Ensure the work is built in accordance with the contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, vendors and purchasing to assure material coordination.
