Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Asheville, NC area. You will oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to deliver on time and within contract requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and technical skills, a proactive mindset, and a focus on accuracy and safety while driving customer satisfaction and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Detail oriented with cost awareness.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage sequences and order.
• Proficient with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of the job site.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents and specifications.
• Coordinate hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, materials, and equipment.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster growth.
• Maintain safety, quality, schedule, and customer service.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, and procurement for material coordination.
