Job summary

Pillar Construction, Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Drywall to lead all aspects of drywall production on assigned projects. You will manage labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment while communicating effectively with clients and the Pillar team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of drywall project management experience.
• Strong English oral and written communication.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage contract terms and project documents.
• Serve as primary client contact and liaison with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure procurement of labor, materials, equipment and services.
• Review submittals, shop drawings and samples on time.
• Coordinate fabrication and delivery of materials per contract timelines.
• Establish, maintain and report project budgets and forecasts.
• Pursue opportunities to improve project profitability.
• Represent Pillar at external project meetings.
• Lead regular project team meetings.
• Manage notices, change orders and payment applications.
• Promote Pillar’s safety and quality programs.
• Mentor direct reports and develop relationships with stakeholders.
