Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Drywall Project Manager to join our growing construction team on permanent basis. You will lead drywall projects across commercial and multi-family sectors, handling planning, procurement, scheduling, and delivery with a focus on metal framing and budgeting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in drywall/construction, reads blueprints well, and is proficient with Procore and Bluebeam. This role offers strong leadership access and opportunity to drive regional projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall/construction.
• Experience in metal framing, scheduling, change orders and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of drywall projects including metal framing, scheduling, change orders and budget forecasting.
• Oversee procurement to ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with subs, architects and clients to meet project requirements.
• Read blueprints and verify work aligns with specifications.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and contract administration.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to communicate and manage projects.
• Supervise crews to ensure quality and safety.
