Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction science/management, or significant industry experience leading large and complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience as a commercial construction superintendent or in a similar role.
• Experience using construction software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Will travel between jobsites and hold a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects with manpower, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Build relationships with Project Managers, General Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Apply advanced knowledge of construction methods, safety guidelines, and cost impacts.
• Set performance goals and maintain team communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee safety program adherence and maintain clean, safe job sites.
• Organize equipment and manage material stock and orders.
• Lead staff with feedback and enforce company policies and standards.
• Embodies company mission, vision, culture and values with integrity.
