Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing detailed estimates for SPO drywall and related scopes.
• Knows how to read contract documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Self-Perform Operations (SPO) drywall estimates including take-offs, analysis, and bids.
• Generate labor productivity rates with historical data and constraints.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for competitive pricing.
• Prepare bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction to identify risks and propose solutions.
