Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of wet etch process engineering experience (2+ years with advanced degree).
• Experience with poly and/or metal etch and using LAM2300, AMAT DPS, or LAM9600.
• Experience with DoE, data analysis, and JMP software.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Wet Etch Process Engineer to sustain, improve, and develop dry etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, improve process capabilities, and drive quality and reliability.

Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or related field


• Demonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, tools, and techniques


• 3+ years of wet etch process engineering experience (2+ years with advanced degree)


• Expertise in poly and/or metal etch with experience using LAM2300, AMAT DPS, and/or LAM9600 tools preferred


• Experience with design of experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP)

Nice to Have:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant field preferred


• Six sigma certifications preferred


• Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred


• Experience with lean manufacturing, FMEAs, and 8D problem-solving processes preferred
